Collaboration agreement between the RFEG and ClubManagerSpain

The Royal Spanish Golf Federation (RFEG) and the International Foundation Club Managers Spain (CMS) have signed a co-operation agreement in order to promote best practice for the management of golf clubs which will lead to the promotion, support and development of course’s in particularly the world renounced CMM qualification.

KPMG: Improved outlook for the golf travel industry

Golf tourism is on the increase and is bouncing back from the economic downturn, a new survey by KPMG has revealed. According to the Golf Travel Insights report, 60% of golf tour operators experienced an increase in the number of golf breaks booked in 2011, compared to 38% in 2010.
