Our Leadership Development Programmes (LDPs) are intensive two-day learning experiences designed to help leaders build confidence, capability, and practical skills in the areas that matter most. Each programme provides a deep dive into one of our 11 core competencies, combining proven leadership principles with real-world application to create meaningful and lasting development.
All courses are delivered under the CMAE Continuing Professional Development (CPD) framework, with all materials, certificates, and content aligned to CMAE standards. Delegates will receive branded handouts, a project planning toolkit, and access to CMAE-approved templates and resources.
All participants completing the courses will earn CMAE CPD credits, contributing towards their eligibility to sit the Certified Club Manager (CCM) exam and also to maintaining the CCM status.
