Perfecting Project Management LDP

This tailored two-day Project Management course is developed specifically for Club Managers within the club industry, delivered under the banner of the Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE). The training is designed to address the unique challenges faced by managers overseeing capital projects, event planning, operational improvements, and member-focused initiatives. Through an engaging, practical approach, the course will equip participants with the project management knowledge, tools, and techniques required to successfully plan, manage, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Course Objectives:

This course is designed for Club Managers, Assistant Managers, and Heads of Department working in golf clubs, country clubs, city clubs and leisure facilities who are involved in managing operational, capital, or service improvement projects.
