The CMAE is continuing to lead the way in supporting their members through the Covid-19 pandemic with another two online workshops announced for the next month.
CMAE have already hosted seven successful workshops since September 2020 and are delighted to offer two further workshops to take place in April with a particular focus on leadership and team building.
The first workshop entitled ‘Creating the Dream Team’ takes 6 hours to complete and takes place over two 3-hour sessions on the 27th April and 4th May. The workshop, hosted by Jules Murray, will unpick current beliefs, behaviours and perceptions of your Team and explore new ideas and agile ways to dynamic new processes and behavioural patterns.

The second workshop is entitled ‘Quality Leadership’ takes 6 hours to complete and takes place over two 3-hour sessions on the 28th April and 29th April. This workshop, hosted by Adam Rowledge, will focus on understanding quality, measuring quality, improving quality and creating a culture of quality by leading with impact.
