Helen Bennett started Human Reality in 1998 and is an experienced trainer, consultant and speaker with 20yrs experience in training subjects from customer care to recruitment and interviewing, performance management and how to build, lead, inspire and motivate teams. She has many world-class clients, primarily in hospitality, golf, leisure and facilities management. She has had a number of papers and articles published and has been a regular speaker and lecturer both in the UK and Europe for the CMAE, BIGGA, EGU and the SGU on a wide variety of topics ranging from Staff Engagement to Training for Maximum Effectiveness.
She has trained Boards of Directors, hundreds of Management Teams and front line staff all over the UK, Europe and USA and having come from an operational background herself, has the credibility to motivate managers and their teams to achieve results.
Human Reality is currently piloting the first Mystery Golfer Programme in selected golf clubs in Scotland for the Scottish Golf Union.
