The EGCOA has undertaken key research in recent years, and at the Forum will outline the EGCOA Vision 2020 – an in-depth research project undertaken to create an overview of the European golf industry and develop and outlook for the development of golf through 2020. The Vision has a focus on Fun, Friendship, Family and Flexibility as underpinning success for facilities and provides an excellent framework for the development of business strategy.
The EGCOA has done over 25 presentations and workshops on VISION2020 resulting in very enthusiastic reactions and inspiration by the delegates and lots of energy.
Lodewijk Klootwijk
Lodewijk is passionate about the growth of the game of golf and is dedicated to find what it takes to get and keep people into golf. In his 25 years in the industry in various roles he keeps picking up new insights which he looks forward to sharing with us. The world is changing, so should golf.
