Royal Porthcawl Golf Club has appointed CMAE member Graeme Pryde as its new Club Secretary.
Royal Porthcawl Golf Club has appointed CMAE member Graeme Pryde as its new Club Secretary.
Graeme has joined the iconic Welsh golf club having previously held General Manager positions at Dewsbury District Golf Club in West Yorkshire and Preston Golf Club prior to that.

Graeme now finds himself at what is recognised as the number one golf course in Wales, located north of Porthcawl and bordering the Bristol Channel. The Club has hosted many championships including the Walker Cup, Ladies Open Championship, Curtis Cup, The Amateur Championship and The Senior Open Championship to name a few.
Graeme is currently part way through the CMAE Management Development Programme, having completed MDP part 2 and MDP golf.
Commenting on his new appointment Graeme said “I am very excited about my new role at Royal Porthcawl GC. I am looking forward to engaging with the members in the coming weeks, taking the club forward with their strategic plan and developing new opportunities.”
