New MDP Food & Beverage course announced in stunning Montreux

The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) is pleased to announce a further Management Development Course to its ever growing 2022 educational calendar.

The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) is pleased to announce a further Management Development Course to its ever growing 2022 educational calendar.

The MDP course specialising in food & beverage management has just been announced to take place on the 25-29 April 2022 in the beautiful town of Montreux in Switzerland, surrounded by the stunning backdrop of lake Geneva.

This exciting step on the MDP Pathway aims to develop the delegates Food & Beverage knowledge to improve the hospitality experience at their Club. The tools will be provided to manage and raise standards in front of house operations, controlling costs, driving sales and to be able to work closer to their team to achieve better results.

Delegates will dive deep into subjects such service standards, marketing, menu engineering, costings and wages, events, profitability, stock management and HACCP Compliance all taught by CMAE’s own roster of industry experts. The delegates will also visit the renowned Glion Institute, one of the world’s finest Swiss hospitality management schools as well as experiencing some of the local clubs.

The course has proved to be a popular addition and is already almost half full.
