Executive management training follow up set for Dublin

The Confederation of Golf Ireland, the Irish Golf and Club Managers Association and CMAE are delighted to announce that the second part of the Club Management diploma, MDP 2 is set to come to Dublin from the 29th February until the 4th March at the Clontarf Castle Hotel.

Following on from the successful MDP part one courses that were delivered in Dublin in February and November 2015 the MDP 2 course will give the delegates education on what it takes to build and lead the club team. Education sessions will be delivered on Performing teams by Ronnie Malcolm, Belbin team roles and customer service by Helen Bennett, Strategic planning and successful committee strategies by Kevin Fish CCM, Time and stress management and communications by Bill Sanderson and Decision making and report writing by Michael Braidwood CCM.

Attendees who have also attended MDP 1 will be in a position to get the Club Management Diploma which is attainable following the programme subject to them passing the end of programme exam, successfully fulfilling the requirements of an executive case study that takes place during the week of the programme and submitting and passing a work based assignment following the programme.
