The Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE) is thrilled to announce the return of its prestigious Management Development Programme (MDP) to Dubai from May 19 to 23 2025. The week will deliver an offering of three MDP courses: MDP 1, MDP 2, and MDP 3 Strategy & Leadership, all aimed at enhancing club management capabilities and strategic leadership skills.
The week will be hosted at the iconic Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, a premier destination recognised for its world-class facilities and outstanding hospitality. Delegates will also experience the luxurious accommodation of the Park Hyatt Dubai, creating an ideal setting for both learning and networking in world class environment.
The three MDP courses available during this week are:
MDP 1: Designed for newcomers to the industry or for more experienced managers wishing to enhance their knowledge. At the end of the week, those taking the course will have an excellent grasp of the basics in every area of club business, and will have established a valuable network of support for their career in this industry.
MDP 2: Building upon the principles in MDP 1 to focus on strategic and business planning, performance and service standards, and the professional and communicative skills to develop every aspect of both the individual’s performance and that of their club. At the end of Part 2 there is an optional examination to attain the CMAE Diploma in Club Management.
MDP 3 Strategy & Leadership: This capstone course addresses high-level strategic planning and leadership. This course is aimed at those managers who wish to learn how to enhance their management style and tap into their leadership potential in order to operate the club as a business.
