The delegates benefited from a schedule that focused specifically on raising their leadership competencies whilst delving deeper into topics such as advanced financial management, personal development, club ethics and marketing demographics. The delegates also had their Lumina Leadership Profile analyzed to help them become better and more aware leaders.
Evenings consisted of local Czech cuisine with great experiences and of course a visit to the railway restaurant who served all beverages on their model trains.
Commenting on the week CMAE’s Director of Education said “We had a fantastic week in Prague with a great and diverse group of delegates who all added value to the programme by sharing their experiences. The level of education and network gained through attending these programmes are essential for any club manager who is serious about progressing in this industry.”
Alan Oliver, Secretary at Silloth on Solway Golf Club and delegate on the course said “I can confidently say that MDP 3 Strategy and Leadership was by far the best MDP course I have attended so far. It was an inspirational week where I learnt a huge amount about myself and how to lead other people. All of the tutors and other delegates were superb and the course gave me the skills and the confidence to help make positive changes at my golf club.”
