CMAE Education Policy Committee welcomes two

The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) is pleased to announce two new additions to the Education Policy Committee.

The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) is pleased to announce two new additions to the Education Policy Committee.

Stuart Finlay CMDip, Club Manager at Radyr Golf Club in Wales and Cristian Fiora CCM of Golf Club Villa Paradiso in Italy have both joined the committee.

Stuart has worked in the sports industry for over 12 years both at local authority and national level. He spent 7 years at Wales Golf, the Governing Body for Golf in Wales as a Club Development Officer. In 2018 he was appointed as the Club Manager of Radyr Golf Club.

Cristian became a professional golfer in 1991 and has worked as the senior coach and academy coordinator at Villa Paradiso Golf, Milan for the past 11 years. He gained his CCM in 2018.

The Education Policy Committee is a subcommittee of the main CMAE Board and is responsible for overseeing the content of the CMAE’s educational offering including the Management Development Programme and its two certifications – the Club Management Diploma (CMDip) and the Certified Club Manager (CCM).

Commenting was Education Policy Committee Chairman Michael Braidwood CCM. “I am delighted to welcome two high calibre candidates in Cristian and Stuart to the EPC. They are both passionate about CMAE and will bring their passion and experience to help shape the future of the CMAE’s education pathway.”
