The Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE) is pleased to announce a selection of its Business Management Institute (BMI) programme dates and venues for 2027, offering club management professionals across Europe and the Middle East further opportunities to develop their skills, knowledge and leadership capabilities.
The 2027 programme calendar will feature three education opportunities, including the return of CMAE’s popular BMI education week in Abu Dhabi, alongside individual BMI programmes in London and Liverpool.
CMAE will return to Abu Dhabi with three BMI programmes running simultaneously at the prestigious W Abu Dhabi.
Taking place from 17–21 May 2027, the week will feature:
- BMI 1 – Club Operations
- BMI 2 – Leading & Managing the Club Team
- BMI 3 – Strategy & Leadership
CMAE will also deliver BMI 2 at the In & Out Club in London from 16–20 August 2027.
The programme focuses on the leadership and people-management skills required to build, motivate and develop successful club teams, equipping managers with the tools to lead effectively and get the best from their people.
The next exciting programme announcement for 2027 will see BMI 1 – Club Operations delivered at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool from 13–17 September 2027. Liverpool worked so well for us this year it makes perfect sense to return again in 2027.
BMI 1 provides participants with a comprehensive introduction to the key operational areas of club management, developing the practical knowledge and understanding required to oversee the successful day-to-day running of a club.
