Delegates at the CMAE European Conference are set to learn from a panel of pioneering top club leaders in a session facilitated by Global Golf Advisors Rob Hill.
Titled ‘Destination Success – The Explorers’, the session will feature Roehampton Club’s CEO Marc Newey CCM, CCE, Milltown Golf Club’s General Manager James Burns CCM and Real Club Valderrama General Manager Javier Reviriego, who will share their insights on how they have navigated their clubs to long-term success.

Rob will seek answers to questions such as; How do you determine the right destination for your Club?; What intelligence do you need to inform that decision?; What are the benefits to club leaders in setting and charting a course to a destination?; Where do you start your voyage?; How do you bring your board, members and staff along with you?; How do you stay on course?; What are the pitfalls to watch for?; and what is your advice to others who are considering planning for long-term success at their club?

The CMAE’s European Conference takes place at Clube Naval de Cascais over 2 days, located on the bay of Cascais, right on the Atlantic Ocean and 11 miles from Lisbon.
