We are pleased to announce that Chris Tessone, Chief Business Officer at Congressional Country Club, will be a featured speaker at the European Conference on Club Management, taking place in St Andrews, Scotland, from 25–28 October 2026.

Chris will lead a highly interactive session titled: AI in Action: Building Your Club’s Advantage.

As artificial intelligence rapidly evolves, its role in club management is shifting from experimental tools and chatbots to practical, action-oriented solutions that can enhance operations, decision-making, and member experience. This dynamic session is designed to help club leaders move beyond the hype and focus on realistic, high-impact applications of AI within their organizations.

Chris Tessone is Chief Business Officer at Congressional Country Club, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience across the hospitality and non-profit sectors. Throughout his career, he has led diverse and complex functions including corporate finance, data analytics, human capital, investments, facilities, information technology, legal, government affairs, and advocacy. His breadth of experience offers a unique, real-world perspective on how emerging technologies like AI can be responsibly and effectively applied in club environments.
