The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) is delighted to announce that Frankie O’Donnell is the most recent member to gain the Certified Club Manager (CCM) certification.
The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) is delighted to announce that Frankie O’Donnell is the most recent member to gain the Certified Club Manager (CCM) certification.
A former special educational needs worker and casino croupier, Frankie became interested in hospitality towards the end of his casino career and entered the industry in 2008 and joined the Caledonian Club as Front Office Manager. He spent the following 9 years running the Club’s reception desk and overseeing the accommodation offering before being promoted to his current position as House Manager in 2017.

Frankie first entered the Management Development Programme in 2013 when he attended the MDP 1 course in Bournemouth and over the next 6 years completed the full pathway by attending MDP part 2, MDP Food & Beverage Management and MDP 3 Strategy & Leadership.
He now joins an elite band of 56 Club Industry professionals in Europe and the Middle East who have achieved CCM status.
Commenting on his success Frankie said “Passing the CCM exam has given me a huge sense of both pride and achievement. It is the culmination of many years of learning, professional development and hard work and I look forward to using the skills and knowledge I have gained on the pathway to this designation throughout my career”
