Club Manager, Stratford Oaks GC

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious person with previous club management experience and proven business development, good leadership, team management and people skills.

The Club

Stratford Oaks GC is located in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside just five miles north of Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon. Centred around the modern, majestic 18 hole parkland course, the Club has an 18-bay driving range with Trackman technology complemented with extensive short-game practice facilities and a well-appointed, open plan Clubhouse

The Club was founded in 1993 but became a members’ club in July 2016 when the long-standing owners decided to retire.  It has always had a reputation for being friendly and inclusive and takes a modern and professional approach to the management of the golf club.

The Role

The Club has a simple organisational structure, not overburdened with committees, so the successful candidate will report directly to the Chairman. Although previous experience of golf club management would be an advantage it is equally important to demonstrate sound business skills and good general management ability.   This opportunity would suit someone who is looking for an exciting new opportunity and who would be interested in leading the next phase of growth and development at Stratford Oaks Golf Club.

Remuneration:

We offer a competitive and negotiable salary and benefits package commensurate with the knowledge and experience of the applicant.
