Jim will be speaking for the first time outside of the USA during his visit in December and, with his exceptional standards on customer service delivery, it is your opportunity to learn from the very best in the club industry
Club Management magazine (CMAA) named Jim G. James, CCM, 2013 Club Executive of the Year. He has served as Senior Director, Club and Hospitality Operations at Augusta National Golf Club, Augusta, Ga, home to the Masters Tournament for the past 18 years.
