First CMAE Conference speaker announced as peak performance master

The CMAE’s annual conference takes place this November 5-8 2022 and CMAE is delighted to announce the first speaker on the two day educational programme.

High performance coach Nick Lees, Director of Mindswing Ltd will take to the stage to deliver his powerful keynote session on The Corporate Athlete, uncovering the critical mistake that almost all corporate executives are most likely making right now.

Nick is going to share 6 practical steps that will allow you to shift from a state of stress and fatigue into a zone of calm, composed, effortless performance. It’s going to give you the tools needed to become literally immune to burnout. It’ll make burnout an impossibility for you.

In addition, Nick will facilitate a workshop on Breakthrough Limiting Beliefs, which will help you to increase performance, cooperation, productivity and results within your team.

Michael Braidwood CCM, Chief Executive at Bruntsfield Links, has experience working with Nick previously and commented “I have known Nick Lees for around 3 years. Firstly, I signed up for his Mind swing programme, which is very detailed, well executed by Nick and highly effective. My experience of the programme inspired me to launch a Mind swing Academy in Qatar, but Covid put paid to that. Nick delivered a number of events for Education City Golf Club including a podcast and a BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goals) workshop we ran last year.

Nick has 20 years of research into the ‘peak performing mind’ behind him and it is clear he is a master of his subject matter.

When working with him I have always found Nick professional, extremely passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping others to achieve better results. I have no doubt that Nick’s presentation at the CMAE Conference this year will be thought provoking as well as entertaining.”

The CMAE’s European Conference will take place in Tenerife on 5-8 November. The theme of the conference is “Family” and will combine two full days of educational content with networking and extra activities that delegates can enjoy around the island either with other delegates, on their own, or with their family.

An early bird delegate rate of £595 is available to those who sign up by 12th August.
