Operations Manager, just under 2 years
What does your role entail?
My role is a supporting role to the CMAE organisational departments with a particular focus on supporting Education, Commercial Partnerships and Financial Control.
What does a typical working week look like for you?
I mostly work from home, however, I do facilitate up to 4 MDP/BMI training courses in the year. I will also visit a number of the partners, event venues and other GM’s throughout the year. A normal working week from home will start with a weekly plan, team meeting, phone calls, online meetings and generally completing tasks, whilst maintaining regular contact with the team.

The lovely City of Worcester, England.
What’s the most rewarding thing about your job?
Meeting new people who are growing in their personal and professional development and recognising the positive impact that our programme has on individuals and the wider industry.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Family time first and playing golf regularly. I like Comedy, History, Geopolitics and sport in general.
Favourite sports team?
European Ryder Cup Team & Manchester Utd.
