First Speaker Announced for the European Conference on Club Management 2026

We are delighted to announce that leadership expert Sarah Noll Wilson will be a featured speaker at the European Conference on Club Management, taking place in St Andrews, Scotland, from 25–28 October 2026.

Recognised globally for her work on leadership, communication, and navigating change, Sarah Noll Wilson will deliver a keynote session and lead an interactive workshop designed specifically for leaders in the club management sector.

Uncertainty has become a constant in club leadership — from shifting expectations and rising operational pressures to competition for talent and teams stretched by ongoing change. While every club has its own culture and traditions, the human experience of navigating uncertainty follows recognizable patterns.

In this practical and engaging keynote, Sarah will explore what people truly need from their leaders during times of change, and how leaders can adapt proven tools to fit the unique culture of their club.

In addition to her keynote, Sarah will facilitate a hands-on workshop that allows participants to deepen their learning, practice real-world scenarios, and explore how to apply these concepts directly to the challenges facing their clubs.

Commenting is CMAE CEO Torbjorn Johansson “I am excited to see Sarah’s name being announced. We are fortunate to have her come over to us after presenting at World Conference and making a great impact on delegates seeing her. We will both have her as keynote speaker and also do a workshop for those who will want to go deeper”.
