The Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE) is delighted to announce that its internationally recognised Management Development Programme (MDP) will return to Abu Dhabi from 11–15 May 2026, hosted at the stunning W Hotel, Abu Dhabi.
This year’s programme will feature two parallel MDP courses, giving delegates the opportunity to further their professional development in key areas of club management:
- MDP 1 – Club Operations
- MDP 2 – Building & Managing the Club Team
The programme reflects CMAE’s commitment to providing tailored education for managers at all stages of their career, ensuring participants gain both the operational expertise and the leadership skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving club industry.
