CMAE Celebrates 100% Success Rate for Inaugural CCM Exam Review Course Participants

The Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE) is proud to announce a 100% success rate for participants of its inaugural Certified Club Manager (CCM) Exam Review Course, held in London from 31 March to 2 April 2025. Every professional who attended the course and subsequently sat for the CCM exam has successfully achieved their certification.

The intensive three-day course was designed to prepare candidates for the rigorous CCM examination process. Participants benefited from a comprehensive review of the MDP/BMI curriculum, in-depth sessions on case study writing, and expert-led workshops covering critical knowledge areas required for success.

Given the outstanding results, CMAE has confirmed that the CCM Exam Review Course will now be held annually, supporting club management professionals across Europe and the Middle East in their pursuit of professional excellence.

“We are absolutely delighted with the outcome of our first CCM Exam Review Course,” said Torbjörn Johansson, CEO of CMAE. “These results demonstrate not only the commitment of our candidates but also the effectiveness of this focused review format. By offering this course annually, we are further strengthening our commitment to helping club managers achieve the highest professional standards. “The fact that all presenters on this course were managers with a CCM certification made it even better – we are fortunate to have these people who gave their time and effort to support incoming CCMs”

The Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation is recognised globally as a hallmark of professionalism and excellence in club management. CMAE’s MDP pathway and the CCM credential play a central role in advancing leadership and operational standards across the club industry in Europe and the Middle East.
