Affiliate Partners
 The CMAE fulfils a role as a ‘unifying’ body for club management and professional associations throughout Europe, sharing best practice between us all in order to raise standards and promote professionalism in the club industry. To help achieve this the CMAE has an ever-growing number of Affiliate Partners who are responsible for organising educational opportunities in their areas, and delivering education programmes locally within an agreed framework that will provide the knowledge required by club managers for them to take the CCM exam. Where the local education programme for club managers is being provided by our Affiliate Partners, any club manager wishing to become a Full CMAE member will be asked to pay the €125 to the CMAE, on top of his/her annual subscription to the affiliated body.
We invite associations to become a CMAE Affiliate Partner, the benefits of which are summarised below. There is no charge for affiliation.
- Members of the Affiliate Partner will be able to have their years of membership of that body count towards the minimum six years required to take the CCM exam.
- All education activities conducted by the Affiliate Partner will earn those attending ‘Education Credits’ which they will need in order to be eligible to take the CCM exam.
- All association activities (e.g. service on a board or committee) will earn those attending ‘Association Credits’ which they will need in order to be eligible to take the CCM exam.
- Members of the Affiliate Partner will be able to enjoy the benefits of Full CMAE membership for 50% of the normal rates.
- Members of the Affiliate Partner will be able to attend CMAE workshops, seminars and conferences at preferential rates.
