The CMAE’s Club Management Diploma (CMDip) has now been awarded to over 400 club management professionals across Europe, Middle East and North Africa.
The CMAE’s Club Management Diploma (CMDip) has now been awarded to over 400 club management professionals across Europe, Middle East and North Africa. The news comes after eleven of the participants on the Management Development Programme recently completed and passed their work based assignments.
The Club Management Diploma is available to all CMAE delegates who successfully complete the Management Development Programme parts 1 and 2 courses and submitting and passing a work based assignment on a situation at their club that they have resolved using the strategic management tools learnt during the two programmes.
Commenting on the milestone CMAE’s Director of Education Torbjorn Johansson said “we are delighted to see participants on our education programme securing their Diplomas. Their focus and dedication gives their clubs confidence, ensuring that the industry is in good hands with well-qualified professionals at the helm.”
The MDP pathway was launched in 2011 with the pilot MDP 1 course being held in Stirling Scotland. Since then, over 100 courses have been hosted in Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Czech Republic and most recently online, with over 2000 delegates participating.
