CMAE, in conjunction with ECEF with be holding their first Sports day kindly hosted by Roehampton Club (a multi-sports club in South West London) on Tuesday 22nd August. CMAE Managers, their staff and members are welcome to enter this fun day, as individuals taking part in a number of raquets sports activities and croquet, all ably supervised and run by the Roehampton Club Pros. Our aim is to have fun and raise money for the Foundation.
The European Club Education Foundation (ECEF) was launched in 2014 as the fund-raising partner of CMAE. Its mission is to raise funds to support the professional development of current and future club managers plus senior staff through the MDP Education Pathway, training seminars and education research initiatives.
The cost per participant is £60, with £10 of the entry fee going to the ECEF.
The planned schedule for the day is:

| 11am-1pm | Racquet-thon (Tennis, racket ball, table tennis) |
| 1pm-2pm | BBQ Lunch |
| 2-4pm | Croquet – basic tuition followed by a mini competition |
| 4-5pm | Afternoon tea & Drinks in the croquet pavilion |
| 5pm | Guests depart |
The sports activities will be run and managed, adapted to all abilities, by the Club Pros & staff at Roehampton Club.
Please note the dress codes required for the sports activities:
- Tennis – click here for information
- Croquet – whites not compulsory (although looks lovely) but flat shoes & no heels is a must
- Racquet ball – non marking shoes compulsory
- Clubhouse – jacket and tie NOT required
