Debora Drago, Operations Manager at The Army & Navy Club attended the course. “As always being on a MDP course has exceeded my expectations” she said.

“The Food and Beverage Management programme has been a great mix of theory and practice which has, of course, developed “immensely” my knowledge within the matter. As well expanded my network connections, getting to know Club managers from all over the word and sharing experiences is something inexplicable. Joining the CMAE tribe and taking part of their education programme has been one of the best decision I have ever made!”

Ben Hatch, General Manager at Thonock Park Golf Club who was also on the course said “What an amazing week! A 5 star experience and lots of hands-on learning. Every Club Manager should make this a priority in their further education pathway.”

CMAE Director of Education Torbjorn Johansson who facilitated the programme said “we are delighted by the success of the programme, our fourteen delegates had an excellent week of education and feel empowered to go back to their clubs to evoke positive change in their food and beverage offering. Our thanks goes out to all of the high quality presenters, Les Roches Hotel school and Real Club Valderrama.”

The F&B course was the first of eight MDP courses CMAE are running between November and March.
