What you’ll Own:
- Member engagement: implementing our full programme of competitions, leagues, member nights, away days and community events.
- Membership growth: trial conversion, referrals and building a community members actively want to bring their friends into.
- Day-to-day operations across golf, F&B and facilities, with full P&L accountability.
- Team leadership: building, developing and leading a high-performing team.
- Service standards and the member experience, consistently delivered across every shift and every event.
About You:
- Proven senior operational leadership in premium hospitality, leisure or lifestyle venues
- Experience managing and growing a membership base
- Full P&L and financial management experience
- Strong people leadership across teams of 8 or more
