Legacy Golf Advisors are delighted to have been appointed by Effingham Golf Club to work with them on the recruitment of a new General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall, day to day management of this busy members Club, its departments and employees.
The Club are looking for a General Manager that will be visible to members and guests, inspire and motivate the Clubs staff and work closely with all the key stakeholders to deliver a great experience both on and off the course. The Club has several exciting capital projects lined up including the new EDI designed short game area and putting green which is scheduled for opening in May 2024 ahead of their Centenary in 2027.
This role will suit an experienced manager with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional service whilst ensuring the Club’s policies and processes are in line with those expected at a progressive private member’s golf club.
A competitive package will be offered commensurate with a Club of Effingham’s standing.
