General Manager, Bamburgh Castle Golf Club

Located on the stunning North Northumberland coast, Bamburgh Castle Golf Club is renowned for being one of the most beautiful golf courses in the United Kingdom. The club has a thriving membership and offers a warm welcome to all visitors.

The club is now looking to recruit a dynamic General Manager to join the team. As a key player in the success of the club, they will report directly to the Committee Chair and be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the club.

The new General Manager’s key responsibilities will include:

»   Member and club relations

»   Course management

»   Food & Beverage management

»   Facilities management

»   Administration

»   Marketing

»   Project Management

In order to meet these challenges, the successful candidate must demonstrate;

  • A proven record in effectively managing a service-based organisation
  • A thorough understanding of the operational and governance demands of a private members golf club
  • An outgoing personality to positively influence the performance of others
