Food and Beverage Manager, Radyr Golf Club

Radyr golf club are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage manager to run its F&B operation.

The successful applicant will report to the Club Manager and their duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Having complete control of its food and beverage operation
  • Staff management, purchases, quality control, and to ensure the smooth running and profitability of the F&B dept.

The successful  applicant will be expected to encourage and promote a strong team ethos with its current bar and catering team and deliver value to the variety of our client base.  

The starting salary will be circa of £26 to £30k  ( depending on experience ) with profit bonus scheme, although the salary can be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Radyr golf club is steeped in history being 120 years old and has a very established and expectant customer base. It is a key establishment in the heart and hamlet of Radyr.
