This role at one of the world’s top golf clubs is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Club’s operations, managing activities and relationships with various stakeholders, as well as ensuring a positive, people-centric culture, providing leadership, guidance and direction to the team. The Club has a significant golf membership base and large restaurant operation and so experience managing both aspects is essential.
ABOUT YOU
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, as a senior manager.
- Well versed on both Golf Club Operations and Hospitality (F&B).
- Relevant University degree
- Ideally the successful candidate will hold Certified Club Manager (CCM) certification
- Strong Management skills and the ability to lead a multicultural team effectively and efficiently.
- Strong focus on positive culture in the workplace.
