Purpose & Scope of Position:
- To manage all aspects of the Club including its activities and the relationship between the Club, Head Office, Other HQ Clubs, Members, Guests, Employees, Community, Government and Industry. Provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the management team as it strives to provide the highest quality in standards and services.
- Coordinate and administer the Club’s policies as defined by Head Office. Implement and monitor the budget. Manage in a diverse environment with focus on enhanced guest and membership services, building and growing a strong business.
- Monitor the quality of the Club’s products and services to ensure maximum member and guest satisfaction. Secure and protect the Club’ s assets, including facilities and equipment.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Middle East experience
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role, as a senior manager. Well versed on both Golf Club Operations and Hospitality (F&B).
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university, preferably in hospitality related field / CMAE. Certified Club Manager (CCM) certification preferred.
