Our club expertise includes 20 years of improving the operations and member experience at some of the finest resorts and private clubs in the world. Our tech team has spent a similar amount of time pioneering the development of innovative analytics-based software. We’re combining these decades of entrepreneurial, club operations and technology experience to innovate the private club member experience and change things forever.
We assist our partners in building an engaging mobile app to enhance their member experience. Then, through a strong relationship with an onsite visit, we ensure their success by making enhancements and testing new app features.
We are currently expanding internationally and looking to grow our small team in the UK in the Greater Manchester Area. Our US team takes pride in having a fun, relaxed and entertaining office environment, and we share this vision in the UK division of Pacesetter.

This role becomes vital in the process by providing excellent support both internally and externally to ensure our app development and club roll-out is seamless and as world-class as it should be. You will represent Pacesetter to our partners and your integrity and attitude matters.
About the role:
In this position you will assist our partners across the UK, EU, Asia and Middle East in building an engaging mobile app to enhance their member experience (you will not be coding so no prior coding knowledge is needed). After spending time building out their app you will then visit the client in person to establish a strong and lasting relationship, during this visit you would help conduct staff training on how to use and maintain the app as well as identify any key ways to improve the app.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales team support
- Managing client app development
- Client account support
- First class customer service
- Assisting in app and feature testing
Skills & Desirable experience:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Adobe (Photoshop + InDesign)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to Present both in person and virtually
- Teamwork and flexibility
- A love of working with people
- A desire to offer outstanding customer service
- Must be willing to travel internationally
