The Norman Garon Trust is a leading Essex charity organization delivering Golf and other sports facilities for the community, alongside managing other properties. Sports facilities for all including families offering a single point of access to a broad range of sporting services. The Trust has a current turnover of £3,000,000.
Within this we work to provide leading golfing and sports facilities to improve health and quality of life for individuals and families, including those with disabilities and mental health issues.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership at a senior level, you will provide strong, consistent leadership for the staff team and communicate a clear and inspiring strategic direction for the organization.
Our Management and Charity Trustees value a participative management style that recognizes the skills, knowledge and experience of all members of the team, our broader community network and are seeking a credible ambassador to build on our existing strong reputation, raise our public profile and ensure a cycle of continuous improvement in all we do.
