Whether intentionally or by accident, successful clubs understand and share their destination in a simple and compelling way that makes success much more likely.
Using examples from real life clubs John will explore how people can be confused by mission, vision, strategy and values – and suggest how your club can write simple, exciting ‘purpose messages’ for your club and the things that are most important to your members.

John is the Manager of OnCourse Engagement at the Golf Environment Organisation. OnCourse makes sustainability easier to understand, act on, and communicate for the golf industry.

The CMAE’s European Conference takes place at Clube Naval de Cascais over 2 days, located on the bay of Cascais, right on the Atlantic Ocean and 11 miles from Lisbon.

Those booking their place before 31 August will benefit from an early bird discount of £444, a reduction of the full fee of £500.
