The Club Managers Association of Europe (CMAE) has announced that two more of its Management Development Programme part 1 courses will take place online in January and February.

The MDP part 1 courses originally planned to take place in Manchester on 25-29 January and the course in Stirling which was postponed to 15-19 February have both now moved online and bookings are being taken to fill the remaining places on both courses. Potentially more opportunities in early 2021 could arise from the interest of people wanting to do more certified education.

“Our MDP 1 online course in November and December were fully booked within hours.” Said CMAE’s Director of Education Torbjorn Johansson. “It is great to see there is a real thirst for quality club education and we are pleased we are able to continue to offer this in a safe and accessible manner during these tough times.”

The MDP 1 course focuses on club operations and is the first course on the Management Development Programme which forms the pathway to gaining the Club Management Diploma (CMDip) and the Certified Club Manager (CCM) certifications.

Due to the online aspect places on each course have been limited and bookings are taken on a first come first served basis with a waiting list then formed.
