The main benefit of posting vacancies on CMM Select is that your job advertisement will be published on the industry's most viewed recruitment website, increasing the likelihood of attracting the ideal candidate for your club. What’s more, you will only pay a fee if you successfully recruit a candidate via CMM Select.
To post a vacancy, you will first need to register. Then, you will need to complete an online application template, filling in specified details including a job description, salary band and location. As potential candidates respond online, all details are forwarded direct to you, so you can monitor applications, with copies sent automatically to Colt MacKenzie McNair, who can also offer an additional service by co-coordinating your search, collating CVs, profiling and benchmarking candidates and applicant short listing.
As part of the online application and before your vacancy is posted, you will need to agree with the CMM Select terms and conditions. If you are unable to find the right candidate, no fee will be charged. But if you do employ a candidate who has applied via CMM Select, you will need to notify Colt MacKenzie McNair and a one-off fee of only 5% of the first year's salary will apply.
