With the incredible success and amazing feedback on the multiple MDP online programmes held over the last few weeks, two additional courses were added yesterday morning 21st January. Both of these MDP’s offered solely to people on waiting/interested list sold out within 24 hours. A third course was made available in which there is now already only a few seats left.
The CMAE’s Management Development Programme continues to be the training programme of choice for many club industry professionals with demand soaring from those wanting to continue their professional development.
The CMAE has announced a further three MDP online course dates to take place in quarter 1 of 2021.
MDP part 1 – Club Operations has a few places still on the 22-26 March programme. To book your place, please download the brochure and return the booking form to [email protected]. Based on the current demand, places will fill quickly.
The other 3 MDP 1 courses are fully booked. New courses will be offered after May.
Another 4 MDPs will take place in the first four months of 2021. Two MDP 2 programmes – Building and Managing the Club Team and another two MDP 3 Strategy & Leadership programmes. To add your name to the waiting list please email [email protected]
“The demand we have right now from people across Europe & Middle East is amazing”, comments Torbjörn “Toby” Johansson, Director of Education at CMAE. We are trying to do the best we can in these tough circumstances with offering MDP online and making sure people can either start or continue their path of Training, Networking and Development within our Tribe.
Each course will take place over 5 days on Monday to Friday. Due to the online aspect places on each course have been limited and bookings are taken on a first come first served basis with a waiting list then formed.
The CMAE’s Management Development Programme was hosted online for the first time in November 2020 and has since seen a further 10 online course dates announced, all of which have been fully booked and have so far received a 94% delegate satisfaction rate.
Mark Bierton, General Manager of Knebworth Golf Club attended the MDP 1 course in January and said “thank you so much for the seamless organisation of the week, I feel like a new cell of energy has been released within me. I have for many years craved a return to education and have finally found a pathway to continue on”.
Jason Torpey, the Director of Tennis at Hallamshire Academy of Tennis also commented “Having just completed the MDP1 and not only gained such a wealth of experience that I can now take into my club, I definitely feel part of “the CMAE tribe”!! I want to say a big thank you to Toby and all the presenters for giving me such a wonderful and fulfilling week of learning.”
