The Club Managers Association of Europe’s region in England has expanded their reach across the whole of the country with an education calendar encompassing venues throughout England.

The region, which was formerly known as the London & Home Counties region, recently re-branded as CMAE England at a launch event held at Old Trafford stadium. Over 80 delegates attended to learn about the newly formed region and the education and networking opportunities available to members.

Over the past two months, the region has been working on putting together the 2019/20 education and networking calendar and with the region now representative throughout the whole of England, education sessions will be held at member venues up and down the country starting with a Governance & Business Planning seminar at Huddersfield Golf Club on the 11th December.

Anyone working in a Club in England is welcome to attend the education or networking sessions, details of which can be found on the website http://www.cmae-england.uk

Tristan Hall CCM, Secretary at Sunningdale Golf Club and Chairman of CMAE England said “It was fantastic to see so many people at the launch of CMAE England and true testament to the value of education placed on individuals’ careers.

It is a proud moment for the regional board members given the planning to get to this stage. CMAE continues to go from strength to strength in educating its members, who are passionate about improving themselves and their Clubs. It is fantastic to be involved in this journey and clear to see that we are helping to shape the future of club management in Europe.”
